Interview
Phone interview was horrible, worst ever and unpleasant. It was an interrogation of unrelated questions. HR rep was not serious about candidacy and just going through the motions. She was disrespectful and asking mostly questions that had nothing to do with assessing skill sets. Did not know anything in regards to more detail of role...kept saying "I can't answer that" or "Don't know". Very frustrating. Poor rep for first contact with company.

Interview
Applied for the position in Mom brand and then got a phone call from HR. Pretty standard questions about the past experiences in the phone screen. But the HR never gets back to me even after follow-up which seems to be rude.
