I hope that this gets the attention of the HR leadership at Post as I had a horrible experience with them. Post originally emailed me on Dec. 16th, 2024 to ask for my availability to schedule a screening for a Senior Manager, Commercialization role that I had applied for. I responded within 75 minutes with my availability. No response or invite was ever sent so I followed back up on Dec. 19th and Jan. 4th with again no response. On Jan. 9th, the recruiter reached back out and apologized for the delay and again asked for my availability. I responded within 10 minutes with my availability with again no response from the Post recruiter. I followed up a week later asking for an update with again no response from Post. On Jan. 23rd I got an automated email that they were pursuing other candidates. The poor follow-up and delay in communication was extremely unprofessional and I would not advise anyone to pursue an opportunity because if that is how their HR department works, it is likely a reflection of how the organization is ran.
