I applied online. I interviewed at Post Office (Leeds, England)
Interview
The Application itself is a Lengthy process and tests you have to complete are quite difficult but I got a Phone call asking to arrange an interview from the store itself a week later, I turned up to the interview and was interviewed by a Senior member in the store and the Manager. I thought it went well answered all the questions as best I can got a couple of smiles too. Questions were straightforward didn't need to think for too long.

Give an example of when you had to worked in a Busy environment and were you able to Multitask
It was quite informal. They made you feel relaxed and at ease and asked good questions. The interview experience as a whole was a positive one and I would recommend it to others.

Question 1
Explain a time you delivered excellent customer service.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Post Office (Southwark, England)
Interview
I was an employee transferring. A previous manager I was working with helped me to get this interview through experience already working in the post office. The manager called me and then grilled me and told me how he has reservations over me because I better do as he says. All I did was smile, show good manners, answer questions he had no matter how biased they were. I was a model candidate!
