I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Post Office (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
2 rounds. Friendly approach initially and then went to more competency based and scripted questions. They were aware of what they wanted and interviewed with purpose. Overall I thought they were good. No complaints.
The interview process went well, but the rejection email was just a generic response. Given that I made it to the final stage and invested considerable time in preparing and presenting a task, I would have appreciated more constructive feedback. Feedback, especially for candidates who reach the final stage, would be invaluable in helping us improve and grow from the experience.
