The company Community Manager approached me via LinkedIn, briefly presenting company orientation and goals. As I accepted the invite for further steps, the get-to-know each other meeting was scheduled, where the communication was relaxed and friendly. After that, I was faced with an assignment, which took roughly 10h to accomplish and was reviewed by the company lead FE developer, with whom we then discussed technical challenges of the assignment via video call. I received the positive feedback based on my assignment and interview to this point and was prompted to make one more video call with the company Engineering Manager, who than further presented company orientations, goals, workflows, and other work-related information. Overall, straight to the point and interesting interview experience.
