I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Povio in Aug 2022
Interview
Very pleasant, and straight to the point. The first interview was to get to know them more. Then I received a coding task to finish in my free time. After evaluation I had an interview with a tech lead and final offer interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Povio (Sarajevo) in Jan 2023
Interview
Call with recruiter, then got assignment to do. Assignment was reviewed by someone who does not know what they are doing (read script kiddie), and they rejected me. I have posted my solution to people who have created same libraries/technologies they got back to me as "not being done right" on both GitHub and reddit. Authors of these technologies promptly laughed at points they made to make me fail take home assignment. I would post links, but I would dox myself.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Povio
Interview
Very strange criteria of reviewing test assignments? I did everything, code was clean and all the best practices respected, but they said the solution was to tangled. Later they sent me a detailed feedback. I disagree with many points there. I know some other people who also did a task and got a very strange rejection feedback, so think twice before you decide to spend around 10 hours or more of your time doing it
