Interview
It was a friendly, straightforward interview. One person from HR was leading me through the process and communicating with me regularly.
Basically, it was a 3 stage process. To move forward to the next stage you needed to complete successfully the step before that. The process can end at any point.
First, there was a video call where there was an introduction to the company and its values. Then we reviewed my CV and skills, followed by a short demonstration of my language/presentation skills.
Second, there was a task I needed to complete. The task was a brief with certain specifications and deliverables. After delivery, I had a presentation of the task "as it would be presented to the Client" in English.
The third stage was another interview with the Local Design Team Lead in a relaxed atmosphere. Just to see if I'm a good fit for the existing team.
After the process, you will receive an offer which you confirm or decline within 3 days.
