I first submitted my application and answered some initial questions. After reviewing my responses, they invited me for an interview where we discussed my qualifications in more detail. They also asked about my motivation to work at Povio and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. Following a successful interview, I was accepted into their academy for further training. After the training we had interviews once again, very similar to the first one. Finally, I received an internship with a mentorship program, giving me hands-on experience and professional guidance.
