I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Powell's Books (Portland, OR) in Feb 2013

Interview

I was interviewed on 3 different occasions. First a group interview by 2 members of HR followed by 2 different interviews by management. None of the interviews were particularly difficult but they were very, very long. The process is understandable as jobs with the employer are very desirable.
