I interviewed with a group for a temporary position over the holidays. We were met at the front door of the warehouse by one of the interviewers and taken to a conference room onsite. We were interviewed by two Powell's reps; one of the managers of the department and an HR lady. They took turns asking questions and asked all of us the same question round-robin style, (Started with person number one for the first question, which we all answered in turn, then moved to the second person to answer the second question first, etc. We all had a chance to be first to answer the question). The interviewers made it clear that we could ask for more information or clarification about any of the questions if needed and explained that they would be looking down and taking notes throughout most of the interview, which they did. I think there were about 6 questions, and the interview took about 45 minutes.
