Went very smoothly. The process took less than a week. Applied to their site, was emailed by a manager a few days later to schedule for an interview. Interview consisted of myself, and two managers. A very well executed, methodical interview, managers took turns asking six questions which they wrote down key words of my answers on what looked like an upper-management issued document. After the interview, they explained that my answers will be sent to the hiring department (or something similar), and I will hear from them whether or not I am hired & that they are interviewing other applicants as well. Became a little bit anxious for that, but was called a few days later by one of the managers informing me I got the job. Important note-- they did contact my references, and I believe that was the deciding factor. Make sure you provide reliable, trustworthy references that can back you up.
