I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Powell's Books (Portland, OR)

Interview

It was a group interview with about 6 folks in total who were being interviewed. There were two interviewers asking the questions. We would get asked a question, then we'd each would take turns giving our answers. Who went first would change for every question. The questions were pretty standard.
