I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Apr 2024
Interview
Had 2 virtual interviews and an in-person interview. All interviews were respectful and informative. The recruiters and interviewers were professional, enthusiastic, and transparent about the role and company culture. They took the time to explain the expectations and growth opportunities within the company. The process moved efficiently, and I felt well-prepared at each stage.
The in-person interview was engaging and gave me a good sense of the work environment and team dynamics. The company culture seemed energetic and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on personal development. *personal development happens in real time going from door to door rain or shine.
Overall, it was a positive experience. While the job may not be for everyone, those who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings may find this to be a great opportunity.

It was an amazing process. The manager was really nice and gave a really good breakdown kf the company and I’m looking forward to hear more about the company in my next interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling
Interview
The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.
I applied online. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
Great initial interview, immediately was selected to move forward with a second round interview. The first interviews are virtual and with very welcoming people. The interview process is quick, for me at least, it moved fast, scheduling the second interview to be the same day as the first.
