Power Home Remodeling Outbound Marketer interview questions

I was referred by a salesman, Jay Sheff, to Power. Jay was a former coworker of my roommate Tyler, and put my name in as a referral. I interviewed with Power on May 22, 2015 at their old Stratford office. I was met by Sean Keeley, Regional Vice President of Marketing for the Stratford (now Wilton) office. We talked one-on-one for the better part of an hour. It was very conversational, it didn't feel stilted or forced. By halfway through the interview, we were joking about football and discussing how many college graduates seem to have little conception of what they want out of their prospective careers.
