Power Home Remodeling Sales Representative interview questions

I had noticed all the glowing reviews for Power Home on Glassdoor and thought I would shed some light on my contrary experience. I originally applied to the company through their website and was contacted the same day via phone to set up an interview. The talent acquisition specialist who had set up the interview failed to contact the office and set up the interview. The interview confirmation was from an office I did NOT apply for and for a position I had also not applied for. I went to the office on the day of the interview and was told they had never heard of me and the interviewer didn't show up that day. The next day I had interviewed and the interviewer hadn't even heard of the office in which I originally applied and wasn't given an offer. I was really dissuaded by the terrible organization in the interview process. I may be one of few with bad experiences, but beware.

Initially it began by me locating Power on Monster.com and submitting my resume. I was called by a recruiter the next day and scheduled a first interview for the following week. I then went to my first interview which was one-on-one and was asked several questions regarding goals, aptitude, why I chose Power, etc. The second interview the following week was Power telling me more about the actual position and what it entailed. They gave me time to consider the offer and speak with my wife before getting back to them and when all was said and done, I was hired within 3-4 weeks of my initial call with the recruiter.
