The interview process was very casual and the interviewer was informative. The issue is a lack of follow-up, especially seeing that a test design project was created. I don't expect to land every job I interview for but at least have the decency to update your candidates on the status of the position, especially after spending a few hours working on a project. This was very unprofessional.
