After applying, I received an email invitation to take an online assessment. This was broken into two parts, one that was more skills based and another that identified personality traits/preferences. The interview was by phone, with a recruiter. The questions were to the point, and quickly identified transferable/applicable skills I possessed that matched with the position. To the credit of the recruiter, she also identified potential roles that may be more fitting of my skills/experience. I was invited to the next interview round, which was a re-take of the assessment This time, the recruiter was watching me by video to ensure the purity of results. While the openings and the company sounded like great opportunities, we mutually agreed that it would be best to look for more senior roles to match my experience. The recruiter continued to be responsive and helpful as I explore other opportunities within the organization. While nothing came to fruition, I would recommend giving this organization a look.
