I applied online. I interviewed at PowerSchool Group in Feb 2021
Interview
The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Following the recruiter discussion I then met with 4 more individuals: 2 managers, a director, and a final round with the department VP.
Due to calendars and availability, each of these interviews were separated. However, each interview was scheduled for 30 min and they were flexible with my availability too.
The interviews were clear, concise and efficient. Each interviewer knew what they wanted to ask. It was a positive sign to me that the business would also operate efficiently in other areas of work.
The recruiter was amazing. She was easy to talk to, very responsive and overall made this process one of the best candidate experiences I've had.
