Started with a phone interview, then had to take personality / IQ test, then was passed onto the hiring manager who also phone interviewed me, both went well. The third interview was a group in-person (3 in person, one on speakerphone) interview where the tone was very different than the previous two, there were lots of questions surrounding my past experience, almost interrogative. Was put on the spot to recite "MS Excel formulas that I've used in the past", and other various very specific things that weren't outlined in the job description. Found it very odd and unfair to ask things like that, who knows specific excel formulas when applying for a marketing job? Anyways. Wasn't given a definitive you got the job or not, just a "we're still interviewing candidates" and they still have the job posted on their website 3 months later. I'm not sure if they are even hiring for a lot of the positions they post or just posturing, cause the jobs posts seem to stay there forever. The 4 interviews process they use seems to be very time consuming and takes a LOT of coordination between a LOT of parties, very frustrating for interviewee.
