Interview
Phone interview (which I enjoyed, the interviewers were courteous and professional) in September, did not hear anything for a couple of months. Face to face interview in late November - panel of three all very relaxed and polite, it felt like more of a conversation. Asked about experience and various questions related to decision making and leadership abilities.
