I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Precision Castparts (Cleveland, OH) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was very easy and informal. It was all remote and everyone was easy to talk to. Asked question regarding your resume. There are a lot of plants in Cleveland area, so supervisors from each plant interviewed me separately.
Simple behavioral questions and questions about what I was interested in. Factory tour was included. Not much in terms of technical questions, but general manufacturing knowledge would be helpful going into the interview.
