I was delighted to be offered an interview with Precision. I am a recent MS degree graduate and have been searching for positions in which I can use my skills. I was asked for an informal phone screening where the interviewer was receptive to my minimal experience.
Asked about my statistical experience, and asked what models I would use in hypothetical situations. Nice people overall, but they seemed a bit disorganized. Position was fairly broad, so they let me tailor my answers to my strengths

Interview
I had two phone interviews. The first one was HR type with usual questions and the second one was more technical. In the second one, they were trying to understand to what extent I have relevant experience in the field. It took about two weeks and finally after the second interview, they emailed me on the afternoon of the interview day, that I am rejected.
