Precision Medicine Group interview questions

Received call from their outside recruiter. No real information as to salary, opportunities, benefits etc. given. In person interview went exceptionally well. After pressing the recruiter weeks later was told they weren't proceeding with me. A month later got a call from the outside recruiter (who was absolutely unprofessional and horrible to work with) asking if I was still interested and I was. I was then strung along for a few more weeks of no response only to be presented with a take it or leave it offer. The recruiter did not provide any information as to benefits and the like and only after requesting information several times reluctantly shared it with me. I'm not sure if this was just the recruiter that gave off an unprofessional vibe or that the bad vibe was being directed from the company. Precision you should ditch using Elevate for any recruiting - they are not professional representatives of your company, or, are they? I feel as though I lost this opportunity directly because of the recruiter not communicating with me important information in advance. For example, I had no idea at all that going in I was far and above their pay range. I was set up to fail. In the end the only loser is Precision as I was a perfect fit for the position and give 200% every day and have a great skill set. All in all this entire back and forth process took almost 4 months. Would you want to work for someone who takes 4 months to decide on hiring someone? Let alone hiring the best candidate for the role? I can happily walk away knowing that I probably dodged a bullet on this.
