5 Interview Rounds- Initial Screen, 3 Technical Rounds, Behavior/Fit Final Interview
This was a disorganized process in which I was asked to do the initial screen on a Saturday, sent calendar links for the other interviews that only had one day of availability or were almost 3 weeks out from that day, and given very little information about the company or job at the beginning.
After submitting a project where I did around 5 hours of free labor, they did not respond for 2.5 weeks, despite saying they'd get back to me in 1 business day and with 2 follow up emails from me asking for feedback. Once I made it to the final interview round, my interviewers were confused about which role I had applied for and asked many irrelevant questions.
There is no HR department and it is very clear through the chaotic interview process. The people were mostly pleasant but were not in roles that made sense to interview for an Events role so had no context around the position or knowledge of my experience.
