Interview
2 interviews with the store mg. and assistant mg. both talked to me about the philosophy of the store and the kind of customers that it attracts. They asked me how I handle drama between team members and if I liked working where the pace was quick. They had me come in and "Greet" people for 2 hours on a Sat. Unpaid to see if I would be a good fit.
It was quick, not the most informative but definitely engaging until a job was offered on the spot and then half of orientation done the same day. That’s always a red flag

Super fast, really rushed. They honestly seemed very desperate. It went pretty smooth for me but it just really looks like they would just hire anyone because they need more employees.
