I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Presence Health (Aurora, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
I went through a phone screening with a recruiter, did 2 interviews and then was extended and offer. The whole process took about 3 months from the initial screening until orientation.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Presence Health (Elgin, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was easy. I met with the manager and we basically discussed the job. I wasn't asked any real questions. The interview was very laid back and the manager was very welcoming.
I applied online. I interviewed at Presence Health (Joliet, IL)
Interview
I applied online, followed up with a phone call, was called into an interview.
Interview : waited for over an hour to be seen ( reminded secretary that I was still there after 30 mins) still took another 30+mins and went to kindly remind secretary again. Apparently I was forgotten about and recruiter took me back a few minutes later. Interview was straight forward. Went on to schedule me for a peer interview (I don't agree with these, nurse manager selected peers based on favoritism). Peer interview was pointless, they didn't know what to ask, I basically felt like I was being judged the whole time. End result I was offered a job with a better pay than previous CNA jobs.
