Interview
Received a call back 1-2 days after I submitted my resume. HR interview was simple. They asked what I looked for in a manager and gave me details on the pay rates. Interview process was simple. Asked down to earth questions such as how to deal with difficult patients and/or family and gave a simple scenario question. Peer interview wasn't an interview at all. They didn't ask any questions and basically just explained the unit culture.
