The interview process at PresenceLearning was honestly, wonderful from start to finish. The head recruiter Erin, was extremely personable and very responsive throughout. Most recruiters have their company story they like to rattle off while coming across uninterested or fake about what the candidate is looking for, but Erin was genuinely committed to making sure the opportunity was a good fit. The rest of the team were equally personable and warm, while still asking tough, relevant questions. I ended up meeting with about 5 people in varying positions at the company: recruiter, CSM managers, VP, CSM. You can tell this company and team truly care about each other and are committed to the work they do.
