Quick phone interview screening. Followed by brief interviews, very standard questions with 3 people from department and one HR employee. Called back for one on one with department head a few days later. Had an offer two days after that.

Tell me about a time at your last job when you experienced a problem with a project and how it was (or wasn't) resolved.
Well communicated and friendly people. They all explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable. A lot of behavioral based questions and asking for situation, result and lesson learned.
