My interview process started in Jan 2023 with the recruiter reaching out after I had applied. the whole process lasted for close to 3 months with 4 rounds of interviews. first round with : Recruiter Second Round : TPM and Director Third Round : Sr. VP Fourth Round : Sr. Director (Hiring manager) Top Cons : The Director who was interviewing in the second round absolutely had no clue why she was there and what she was doing. Second Con: Spoke with the hiring manager only after 2 months and there were long periods between these rounds with absolutely no communication. The whole process lasted for more than 75 days and this is kind of delay is not fair. just cause the ecomony is down you cant keep candidates hanging in loose threads.
