After submitting my resume, I got an email from HR. There was an initial phone interview with HR, and then another with a member of the team. I received an assignment to do prior to my in-person interview, to be presented then. The interview itself was very relaxed, and everyone was very friendly. I received an offer the same day.

ROUND 1 SQL AND TABLEAU ROUND. Basic to advance questions on SQL. PERPARE WELL. Then theory based Tableau questions are asked. Approach is important for the process to understand the clarity.

Fast turnaround time for each stage of the interview. 4 interviews total (HR, hiring manager, director, senior director). Took about 1-3 days for HR to communicate next steps in the process after an interview. Whole process took 1.5 months due to Holidays/vacation/finding mutual free time. Each interviewer was easy to talk to and welcomed a conversation rather than reading from a script. Standard behavioral questions that should be answered in STAR format.
