Mostly on your resume and your self. If you get a call for the interview, try to come with a story with your resume. READ your resume before going for the interview. Be excited about the position and do a lot of home work around the industry and the department your are getting interviewed for.

Interview
HR contacted me over the phone to speak to me, this was the official phone screen. I gave them my availability for a follow up call from the hiring manager.
I then was contacted by the hiring manager who would be my direct supervisor. After this over the phone interview, I was contacted by HR to arrange a time and date for an in-person interview. For the in-person interview I was interviewed by 2 other managers and the hiring manager. The overall interview took about 30 minutes, each interviewer taking 10 mins.
