The interview process started off pretty fast and straight forward. I had about one interview a week starting with the recruiter, hiring manager, various stakeholders, and got to the final round. I went to their office in person and spoke with the hiring manager there. I was left with a positive impression through the process. In the end, more than a month passed, making it clear I was ghosted. If this is how to treat a final round candidate, I can imagine how they treated the others, not to mention how this reflects on the corporate culture.
