I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PrideStaff (Sacramento, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
First, I applied online. I was contacted over the phone for a 15 minutes introductory meeting. The recruiter had me first confused with someone else. I was offered to schedule a virtual interview which I declined due to concerns she didn't have my correct application information and perhaps she wasn't a recruiter at PrideStaff. I instead offered the recruiter to meet in person since I wasn't that far from her area. The interview was awkward. The recruiter was slightly discourteous and dismissive. She also wasn't very transparent and I felt she was misleading me. I also felt a bit nervous about the fact she suggested that she would change information in my resume.
