PrideStaff interview questions

Beaverton, OR office. I arrived for my interview on time, but waited 15 mand just stated completely incorrect facts about what I was looking for, my work history, and pay requirements. I had to correct him each time and say "No that wasn't me." You would think after the second or third failed attempt he would just formulate questions and get the correct answers, but he did not. Halfway through the interview, somehow he valiantly inserted with a puffed up chest how he used to live in LA and how many movie stars he would see when he went bar hopping. He could not seem to stop talking about how cool it was that he had bought a beer for Adam Sandler. At no point did I ever figure out how the conversation went this direction or how I needed to spend my valuable time puffing up his ego about it. I wanted the job so I tolerated him blathering on about it. Finally we got to the point and he said he would talk to the employer and set up an on site interview. Keep in mind its this guys job to know what the client wants, needs, and to find candidates that adequately fit the mold of what they are looking for. I completed a drug test and additional paperwork and left the office. The interview took two and a half hours plus two hours of drive time so about four hours of my time. About 10 days later I get a call from Shawn stating the client was looking for someone with more "airport experience" more "freight experience" and that they decided to go in another direction. Airport experience is not a real thing, and freight experience is defined as moving boxes around. For no direct reason I was just black listed from the position.
