They've asked several different questions about different things which needs to get the job in retail sector. For example, what I understand about retail sector, my experience about sales, customers, accounts maintaining as a cashier and about the organisation. Give a example to your experience with customer relationship or any incidents?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
