I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Hull, England)
Interview
I found the job application and applied online, after a few weeks I received a phone call and an email saying i was successful and was invited through for an interview. On the day of the interview I arrived at the store and signed in at the specified location. I was then greeted by a senior member of staff and taken through the store to the interview room which was rather small. I was waiting for all the preparations to be made as they took my details and passport for verification of identity, I was then interviewed on a 1 to 1 basis. The interview questions seemed very simple and expected as I had prepared prior to the interview, I felt very comfortable talking with the interviewer expressing my experiences and why I would be a good fit for the job. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and after i left I shook hands with the interviewer and left. After a few weeks I received a call and an email confirming my interview was a success and I was offered the job.
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
-pretty easy and straightforward
-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
