Interview
I thought the interview process was quite relaxing but also it meant you had to show your skills in decision making and working as part of a team. The one to one/ two interviewers to one was quite hard as they kept on asking me what I can bring to Primark. I believe my ideas were good but perhaps they had made up their mind to promote within thus they made it sound like I was too posh for Primark.
