There were two interviewers and the focus was on my ability to provide customer service as this is one of their core values as a company. It was not overly long, maybe around 20-30 mins which is standard. They asked about abilities to work in a team and on own initiative and about my past experience in retail. They asked if I had any questions at the end and I asked about overtime.

Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
