Question 1
they asked me questions i didnt even find on glassdoor!! It was kinda hardd! They asked me sooo many questions including 'if a lady was browsing outside the shop at a mannequin and she wanted the dress it had but it was out of stock what would you do' 'if a lady was in the cue and wanted to try on something quickly as she needed to go somewhere after but the cue was really long what would you do' - something along those lines. I done really baddd as I got thrown off these questions !!
The interview was straightforward, with a few basic questions about holiday availability, teamwork, previous experience, and examples of when I demonstrated key skills and qualities such as communication, reliability, and customer service.
simple, asked questions about day to day scenarios that could occur at the shop and what you would do in those situations then asked about availability, said they are always happy to give people their first job
