Interview
They called me in for a one on one interview with one of the senior managers who work at Primark.
They also asked me to fill out an application form with my identification, and hand it to them prior to starting.
Once all this had been done I was able to start.
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
