Interview
Applied in September and had to do a verbal reasoning test. It was just scenarios you'd face on a day to day basis. You had to choose the best and worse answer.
I heard back from them in October asking me to attend an interview. It was just going through my cv and asking me about situations I'd face. He was a lovely interviewer and offered me the job on the spot.
I got an email about induction 2 weeks later.
