Interview
I was taken into the canteen for a while as the manager who was interviewing was actually in a meeting when I arrived. After about 10/15 minutes the manager came in and gave me some forms to fill in (similar to the online application but less extensive, detailing availability and references etc.) Once I'd filled them in she took me through to another room for my interview to take place where she asked me various questions etc. and then told me about what the uniform requirements and pay rates would be if I were successful. She then photocopied my ID documents and told me that I would hear back from them by the following Tuesday if I was successful (my interview was on a Saturday), once she had discussed the candidates with the area manager.
The manager was very helpful during the interview, giving hints etc. when I wasn't sure how to answer, or how to word my response.
However, it was actually a few weeks later when I heard back from them, though I suspect that may be because I wasn't successful at getting the original job, but was reconsidered for another vacancy.
Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
