Discouraging and confrontational, spoke to Stephanie Kujat Talent Acquisition Specialist II who was very rude and confrontational. She immediately started the interview being discouraging. When I was asked about pay range, I told her I am open for discussion as I was not aware of the pay scale for this position when I applied. She went on about this is an entry level position, why am I apply for this job when I haven't did this work in a while. (Keep in mind I did this job for 6 years with a previous company that I only left last year). Had to explain that this is still fresh in my head. When I finally told her she sounds very confrontational and it makes me very uncomfortable she then changed tune a bit. I told her well I did apply for other positions with this company that same day when I accepted this phone interview, she rudely implied she has nothing to do with that (even though she was saying something about other positions within the company). I tell her my achievements with Presence that I have a letter from the President and CEO at that time reaching out to me personally to thank me for my great work and going over and beyond for this company. She proceeds to tell me that they rejected me anyway for those positions even though it is still showing under review. (As of right now they are still showing under review as I type this). She said she can reach out to the hiring staff that they are in Dallas. But she been with the company throughout all their changes. Which is the problem, why keep people like this in position. When asked why am I applying I told her because my personal goals and Prime Health mission and values align.. Quality, and Compassion, she did not care and it was more than obvious. Nothing will ever change with the same people being hired or kept in their position when they do not value quality and compassion. This was the worst interview I had in my life. I told her I had an interview with another company that I was overqualified for and the pay was not feasible but the interview did not go like this. That person was compassionate and an quality worker how she handled the call as well as encouraging.
