I didn't apply for position, the recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. I agreed to a phone interview after sending her my resume. The recruiter was nice and the questions were generic. It was more so a break down of the company and the role. Despite having my email/number, I received another Linkedin message saying my qualifications weren't a match. Typically, this isn't an issue, but if you solicit talent, you should only solicit those with an appropriate background. Especially if you plan to have a phone interview at 7am in the morning. Based on my experience and the company reviews, Erin did me a favor.
