I was phone-screened by someone in recruiting, who was pretty unfriendly, and became defensive in response to my questions. I asked about diversity in recruiting (after noticing a photo of the team that was almost entirely white and Asian males) and about the level of experience on the team (after noticing on LinkedIn that many people had no work experience other than at Primer and LOLApps). She gave pretty unsatisfactory answers, and I think it led to a rejection. I'd like to work somewhere that embraces tough questions.
