I'm sorry you felt discriminated against during your interview. I can assure you that Primer is an inclusive organization with members from very diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
Additionally, we do not ask about the applicant's nationality during our interviews; any candidate provides that information voluntarily during our pre-screening process. So there is no need to ask about the candidate's origin during the interview.
If we determine that the candidate isn't qualified for the job they applied for during the initial interview, we may suggest an alternate role, but only if the candidate is interested in exploring a different opportunity.
At the time of this interview, the only two roles we were hiring for were Associate Director of Paid Media and Media Buyer; both positions are listed here. https://www.linkedin.com/company/goprimer/jobs
These two roles vary in scope but are directly related to each other and we have had several employees successfully transition from one to the next.
Finally, we do not make offers to candidates during any interviews. It appears that this candidate declined an offer that was never extended.
