Applied online. They got back to me in about two weeks with a scheduled phone interview. Afterwards, they sent me on a 1 on 1 interview on location. This was with a professional engineer in Munster IN which I thought went very well. After a few days I heard back from them and then they sent me to their headquarters where I interviewed with 4 people; 2 of which were professional engineers and the other 2 were HR. I do not know much about the company's recent history but it seemed that they were sorta directionless due to their leadership transition. I think this is evident by them using their third party HR recruitment program, which felt strange and disconnected. The general gist of the interview was them telling me what they do and going through these pre-made lists of generic questions. They did not seem very enthusiastic to interview me either. However, please take what I say with a grain of salt because this was my first interview for an engineering position. Many factors could have been affecting their decision on me. I could have not had the experience they wanted in conjunction with what I was asking for as my salary which was below industry average for entry level civil. Overall, even though it was a rejection, I still think it provided some good interview experience and if your interviewing with them you should not be discouraged by my review.
