The position was for an entity that contracted work out to Primera Engineers. I had an initial call with a recruiter and a second call with a different recruiter. Neither recruiter had technical knowledge about the position so they were only able to answer basic questions about the role and company. The position requirements were a really good fit for my experience and I checked all the boxes on their listed skill requirements. Both interviewers showed up 10 minutes late to the video calls but both interviewers gave really good feedback and stated that I should expect to move on to the next round. However, I was ghosted after the second interview. The second interviewer also spent over half the call going over their recruiting background instead of talking about the position and the company.
