Phone interview with District Manager. Discussed previous experiences. Was very interested in whether or not I had sold into their primary verticals; education and healthcare. Follow up call was with VP of Sales and a face-to-face interview in my hometown. This VP was exceptionally nice, professional, and personable. He probed deeply into my work and business experience. Basically hired me on the spot.
